Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

  • Any purchased products from emm-zee.com must be inspected and accounted for by the customer within 7 days of receiving the product, this is to ensure that there are no future claims against products supplied and to provide a clear understanding of stock count. If you fail to check your order and contact us with no less than 3 reasonable attempts, then you will not be eligible to get replacements/refunds/remedies for damaged or missing parts.
  • emm-zee.com will NOT accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or if you have purchased an incorrect item, product, service or no longer want/need an item, product or service as all sales are final (please see our terms and conditions for more info).
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for cancellations, even if the order has not been fulfilled.
  • Once you have placed an order, you have entered into a sales contract held up by the terms and conditions outlined by emm-zee.com.
  • emm-zee.com does NOT accept returns under any circumstances as we have no way of verifying which products are ours and which are not due to being collectable items that we can not risk damaging with labelling. 
  • emm-zee.com accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items/products/services from courier or shipping companies once we have received receipt for the third-party service.
  • emm-zee.com will provide a FULL refund for any purchase or charges made to the customer in the event that we are unable to provide a purchased item/product or service, this does not apply to delays on orders that we can actually fulfill or custom/made to order products. This policy is for when an item is fully discontinued and not able to be supplied in any means or capacity.
